They are countries that have won the Eurovision Song Contest
Others - if you'd needed them - included Finland, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Austria, Belgium and Serbia - amongst many others...
That was why I couldn't accept your original guess as I was specifically looking for winners, and not just the contest itself.
