| In our site shop you will be able to access the gifts for friends area....
In this area you can request anything you wish from our shop to purchase which you can then send to a friend.

When you enter the Gifts for friends section all you have to do is create a new topic and title your topic the name of the item you wish to purchase and in the description insert the date.
In your message you should insert your friend which you would like this gift sent to,how many items you are sending and if more than one gift include the names of all the gifts and theyre prices ect....
Please make sure you have browsed the full shop before requests as it is not the administrators job to go through the shop to find all the details of the items you want,please include everything in one post.
EXAMPLE OF POST:
Title of the topic: Access all area's pass (1mth)
Description: 20/1/12
Message Body:
*friends name*
*item description*
*amount of items*
*price/total*

Once you have left your message please allow up to 24hrs for a responce, Once your request has been recieved you should receive a message from our on site Ghost Bot and a receipt of purchase.
If for some reason your request has been declined it could be because of insufficient v$ in your on site account so please check your v$ which can be found when you visit your personal profile before applying for gifts.
If your order has been accepted Our Ghost Bot will then send out a gift mail to your friend to let them know a gift has been purchased for them and that they have 1 week to claim their gift on site by responding to the mail they recieved.
If your friend does not respond within 1 week they risk loosing theyre gift which was purchased but you will not recieve a refund as gifts are non returnable.
so please do not purchase gifts for members who are not actively on our forum.
Once your friend DOES respond within the 1 week period you will receive another message from our Ghost Bot to let you know that your gift has been accepted/received by your friend.
The team of administrators will then set out to give your friend theyre gift, all recievers of a gift should allow the allocated time which can be found on the items buying guide in the shop.
Some gifts can take longer than others so please check the waiting period :)
If in the occurrence of a gift being declined by your friend/not wanted you will receive a message from one of our administrators to let you know | |
