ok is everyone elses browsers ok im on google chrome and for sum bloody reason i cant use it cause the whole froggin thing is in japanese all im gettin is little squares rofl any one know how to fix it?

Panic over doh for sum reason my pc decided to turn itself off n on again and its fixed itself :/ i have the funny feeling the hardwares on its way out lol
