About Memberships

Here is a little explanation into what the memberships are all about:

Memberships into certain areas on site are only for a set length of time they are not permanent!


When you enter the membership section in our shop you can browse memberships which last a set amount of time, you can then select which membership you would like to buy and hit the buy button which is found below the membership you would like to purchase.

Once you select the button a form will open up, you must fill in the form with the correct information of the item you are wanting to purchase, any mistakes or wrongfully bought packages cannot be reimbursed so please select the appropriate item.

Once you have sent in your form to us you will receive a response from our Ghost Bot to let you know your item you ordered has been accepted/declined.

If you receive a declined response there it will be for one of these reasons,
1.you already have this item,
2.you do not have enough v$ in your onsite account(to check this go to your profile first)
3.you have been banned from this area already for bad behaviour or mis-use of the area.

If you receive an accepted response then please allow up to 24 hours for our team of administrators to set up your access.

When you purchase a membership into what ever area you want access into then you will be able to view what is in that hidden area,and you will be able to interact with people who also have access into that specific area and will be able to take part in what ever is happening in that hidden area for those members only

memberships can be bought for either 1mth, 2mths or 3 mths at the most but you can always purchase the membership again when yours is due to run out .

You will receive an automated reminder when your membership is about to expire.

If you are a member of a Private area you cannot discuss this area with people who are non members on site or your membership will be removed.....there is a reason its Private and we'd like to keep these areas that way so please abide by the area rules :)

All the hidden areas will have something different and will also have different activities,plus some areas may be busier than others so please do not expect your money back after you have purchased your pass as there will be no refunds if your not happy with your purchase
