| If you would like to request a group on site then you need to know a few things first and you will have to contact the staff with a few details as well
1.you must contact the staff when purchasing and let them know the name of the group you would like along with a short description on what your groups about
2.the groups on site run on a member limit so if you would like your group to have alot of members then you will need to purchase one of our member limit packages.
3.each group package allows a set amount of members to be added to the group.the bigger the package you buy the more members can join your group.
4. you must contact the admin on site with your member list of members who wish to join so they can set them up in the group manually for access.an administrator will private mail these members first to ensure they want to be added to this group first.So please only select members who would like to join before administrators send out the pm's.
If you would like an area of the forum that is connected to your group then you will have to look at the forum packages and choose one which is best for you.
BUYING GUIDE
In the shop you will find you can purchase Group Ownerships for for yourself to run and look after.
You will have the option to choose which group package you would like to buy but please remember you can only choose one package at a time to own you cannot have several.
After you have chosen which group you would like to purchase just select the buy button which is found below your groups description your wanting,Once you select this is will re direct you to a contact form which you should fill in with the appropriate information about your group and what your buying.
After you have choosen and filled out the form you should recieve a response from our Ghost Bot about your purchase ie.if it has been accepted,reciept of purchase ect
if for some reason your order hasn't been accepted it could be because you tried to purchase without sufficient funds in your v$ account on site so please refer to your profile to check your amount before spending.
If your order has been accepted please allow up to 24 hours for your group to appear.
Please note the administrators cannot create your group until you have sent them the information which is needed and the member list of people you wish an invite to be sent to.The longer you take to respond the longer it will take for your group to be created so please do not waste our administrators time as they do have other things they could be doing. | |
