| Hi guys and gals, as you may or may not know, next year i am doing the Nijmegen "4 days" walk for the British Heart Foundation, MIND and The National Autistic Society. The walk itself comprises of 50km a day for 4 days in and around Nijmegen, The Netherlands. i would be much obliged if you could spare a few pennies to sponsor me for these 3 very worthwhile charities.
