PostSubject: Spagetti Bolognaise   Spagetti Bolognaise Icon_minitimeWed Oct 12, 2011 6:12 pm

a simple meal that even andy could manage?
tasty & quick to cook and goes down oh so well for 2 or more people

Ingredients
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 Lb beef mince
2 med onions
2 cloves fresh garlic
½ teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons basil
½ teaspoons ground black pepper
a dash of olive oil 200ml red wine
2-4 splashes Worcester sauce (4 grams)

chop up the onions & garlic fry them in olive oil until soft golden brown add minced beef continue frying then after about 5 minutes add the herbs and salt/pepper continue with frying as you open both tins of tomatoes and empty into saucepan
add the wine and finally add the dashes of Worcester sauce, all done serve with nicely cooked spagetti or other pasta
and if prefer some freshly cooked garlic bread just lovely Mmmmmmmm bon appetit x
