Right has chat mod, i think its time i said something!

First of all, the people who host quizzes take time in doing from their OWN time, time in which they could be doin things for themselves.....so quit complaining if you DONT like how the host chooses too do his/her quiz...whether its simple questions, or multiple answers, thats the host choice.

second of all, if you dont like how it is done then dont complain in the chat room because it is a right insult to the host, especially considering the time spent on making the quiz out for YOU.

Third, READ the forum, then b4 entering the quiz u will know exactly what kind of quiz it is, rather than just turning up!

Thanks for readng this any probs with this then pm me, just thought its simpler to say it rather than thinking it to myself....this has NO impact on any specific members, just see ppl complaining while a quiz is on, and tbh theres no point in complaining as quizzes are for FUN :) x

its not a case of moaning its a case of making a point.marts quiz was ruined due to alot of factors and lis is making a fair point which i totally agree with .

see if this post about members moaning was because a few complained about the lag then im marking this topic done,because when it comes to the lag it isnt the members fault and they're well within theyre rights to complain and they aint indirectly complaining to upset the host i know cause ive complained meself about it before and the night of the quiz andy and a few others complained.


i set up a games room for hosting quizzes in future cause we recieve no lag on that.

the shouty is not made to handle live chats so the lag will always be there i have contacted head staff of forumotion about this several times so in future games in games room please to avoid upset.

multiple choice dont work 1 cos people put all the answers so they will get it right, 2 there was a few cases of chat lag, and 3 they were just on trial anyways so it gonna just be normal quizzes so wont be doing any more of them and if it werent for you saying mandy then we woudlnt have know they not work for everyone so thanks for that.

it just be normal 1 question 1 answer from now on but in different formats like normal gen knowledge, anagrams, next line, what song, i also have pop quizzes, tv quizzes and movies quizzes all lined up so it not the same every week

Sorry if you thought it was aimed at you mandy, it really wasnt, it was a general forum post, we appreciated your input.

The reason for the post in the first place was because i felt that members in general (not certain ppl) sometimes seem to forget how much work a host puts in to a quiz, it really wasnt a dig at anyone in particular, it was just things that members shud really do anyway (check forum before a quiz ect)

I liked the one's where everyone answers and then first person has to answer another to get points :)
