YOU WILL NEED:


SLICE OF THICK BREAD
CHEESE AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE (GRATED)
MIXED PEPPERS SLICED
TOMATO PUREE

METHOD

VERY LIGHTLY TOAST BREAD
SPREAD TOMATO PUREE ON TOAST
SPRINKLE ON CHEESE
PLACE SLICED MIXED PEPPERS
PUT IN OVEN 150c TILL CHEESE MELTED AND PEPPERS HAVE SUNK INTO CHEESE
TAKE OUT AND EAT
