Milky Way
If shops are shut and you're running low on milk, add a little water and shake. It'll taste just like Skimmed.
If you drink Semi-skimmed milk then save money by buying 1 bottle of full fat milk and empty half of it into another bottle fill both bottles with water. You thn have 2 bottles of semi-skimmed milk.
Bright Idea.
By turning down the brightness on your TV, your telly will use less energy and save you money.
To save more money, turn your TV off when not in use as putting on standby uses more electricity than you would think.
First Aid Fact.
If you have been bitten by an insect, don't go out and buy expensive creams and ointments - a dab of vinegar is just as good.(the vinegar acid (Acetic acid) kills the poisons in the sting or bite)
Easy Squeezy.
To get the most out of tooth paste tubes, cut off the end and squeeze the rest out into a little pot.
Cut Dishclothes and Scourers in half, you will get just as much done and save money on having to buy more.
Instead of buying pricey mobile phone covers, use the cover off an old umbrella, it keeps it clean and also dry if out in the rain.
