| Below is a list of all staff places on site and the job description of the work they do, if there is a place free in the jobs section then please check and read your job requirements before applying as anyone who is accepted must do theyre job 100% or they will be removed or demoted from the staff.
Moderators:
As a mod it is your job to moderate specific areas in the forum on a daily basis, you must post every day in what ever section you have either choosen or has been choosen by an administrator for you to work on. You will also have to advertise on a daily basis on social networking sites which you may use or via other means daily,share the site link with others. You will be in charge of your specific areas on site so this means you will be responsible for anything posted in these areas,moderate/move/delete posts where applicable or report back to the super moderator or admin on site to spammers/members needing warned ect. you must abide by the site rules and be 100% trustworthy or this may result in an instant demotion from the staff.
Chat moderator:
As a chat moderator it is your job again like above to moderate a specific area/areas in the forum,post daily to advertise the site,pass on the site link, but it is also you role to host the live chat daily and to host the chat games ie.quizzes ect on certain nights of the week. you must be on line a fair amount of the time each week or you will loose your staff role. you must abide by the rules as like any other staff member or member.you must be friendly and find it easy to communicate with others even neqw members. it is your role to help make new members comfortable,entertain them in chat and be there to answer any questions they may have and direct them in the correct direction for more info.
As with all staff there will be a monthly staff meeting held, if you are found to me slacking with your job you may risk being demoted or removed from the staff altogether so please only accept a job if you can carry it out properly and not just for the status. As with anyone you do have a life as does the rest of the staff on site so we do not expect you to be on when there is a crisis or anything in your life we just ask that you notify us so we can keep the site ticking along nicely.
A happy crew means a happy active site :)
