Strawberry Shortcake

Serves 4

What you need

8-10 crushed shortcake biscuits
Ambrosia Custard
Punnet of strawberries, washed and quartered
glasses

How to make it

Divide the crushed shortcake biscuits between 4 to 6 glasses and press down lightly with the back of a spoon.
Pour the Ambrosia Custard over the biscuit base and then add the strawberries.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Hints and tips

For an extra special dessert why not add some whipped cream.
As an alternative try layering the fruit and Ambrosia Custard.
