Black Forest Sundae

Slice chocolate mini rolls into 4 individual glass dishes and cover with black cherry fruit filling. Add a layer of Ambrosia Chocolate Flavour Custard then top with whipped cream and grated chocolate and serve.

What you need

4 chocolate mini rolls
1 x can of black cherry fruit filling
Ambrosia Chocolate Flavour Custard
300ml whipping cream, lightly whipped
4 tablespoons of grated chocolate
4 glass dessert bowls

How to make it

Slice the mini rolls and place in the bottom of each dish.
Cover the rolls with the black cherry fruit filling.
Add a layer of Ambrosia Chocolate Flavour Custard and then top with the whipped cream.
To decorate sprinkle over the grated chocolate and serve chilled.

Hints and tips
For a healthier option use low fat Crème fraîche instead of whipped cream.
