Abu Qatada
Quote :
Radical cleric Abu Qatada has won a European Court of Human Rights appeal against deportation from the UK to Jordan.

The judges accepted the UK's deal with Jordan to protect him from abuse was sound.

But the court said that the preacher might face trial based on evidence obtained by the torture of others.

Abu Qatada has fought for six years against deportation from the UK, saying he faced an unfair trial if sent home.

Home Secretary Theresa May said it was "not the end of the road" and ministers would consider all options.

The British government can make a final appeal before the judgement becomes binding in three months' time. If it doesn't appeal, the cleric will have to be released from detention.

This is the Reason , we the uk as a nation must pull out of the eu , this animal preaches hatred towards us and our people and we are being told by europe we can not send him home , time to pull out the eu rather than have a foreign court tell us what to do in our own country
