Tangy Sausage and Mash

Serves 4

What you need

8 sausages
500g potatoes, peeled and diced
25g butter
4 tablespoons milk
Salt and black pepper
8 Silverskin Onions, halved
Jug of gravy

How to make it

Grill the sausages as directed on the pack instructions.
Meanwhile boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Place the sausages and mash onto 4 serving plates and then top the mash with the Haywards Silverskin Onions.
Serve with some gravy.

Hints and tips
*For an appetising alternative try adding some grated cheese to the mashed potato, then chop the onions finely and mix through for a delicious cheese and onion mash.
*Try scooping the potato out of a cooked jacket potato, mash with butter then add some grated cheese, chives and chopped Silverskin Onions for a delicious filling
