Chicken Chilli



Today's Special Dish Chicke10

Serves 4


What you need
1 cooked chicken
can of good quality baked beans
jar of Homepride Chilli Sauce
casserole dish


How to make it
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5.
Take all the meat off the chicken and discard the skin and bones then cut into bite sized pieces.
Place the chicken into a casserole dish, add a tin of baked beans and a jar of Homepride Chilli Sauce. Mix well.
Place in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is hot.
Serve with tortilla chips and garlic bread.


Hints and tips
This chilli is lovely served with tortilla chips especially served in layers with chilli sauce and grated cheese.
